| Our yearly volume is approximately 25 – 30 metric tonnes. We are using the cashews for making cashew butter / spread. We are currently using whole raw cashews and roasting them in house. ( before grinding into paste) If you can offer roasted cashews we will need to know how the roasting is done ( temperature, method, time etc.) so we compare with our process. Also we will need a guarantee that the cashews have not come into contact with or are processed on machinery that also processes peanuts. ( due to allergy concerns). Regarding packaging we can purchase in FCL loads. On a quarterly basis. Packed into vacuum sealed bags and CO2 flushed. Variety we are using is currently W320.
